  • Sapta Dhanya (7 Sacred Grains) is used by placing the seven sacred grains on the puja thali, around the Kalash, or on the puja place as a symbol of prosperity, abundance, and divine blessings. It is also offered during Havan by adding small quantities to the sacred fire while chanting Vedic mantras. During Griha Pravesh, Vastu Puja, Bhoomi Puja, and other rituals, the grains are placed at designated sacred spots or used in ritual offerings according to traditional Hindu customs. After the ceremony, they are respectfully immersed or placed in a clean natural location.
