Viswakarma Puja Kit

  • Viswakarma Puja is performed to remove obstacles and negative energies and to seek the divine blessings of Lord Viswakarma for success and prosperity. It brings harmony and progress in work and business and blesses devotees with growth, efficiency, and overall well-being in life.

  • Lord Viswakarma is the divine architect of the universe and the ultimate creator of all machinery and tools. In a commercial or industrial setting, Viswakarma Puja is a profoundly significant event. By worshipping Him alongside the factory machinery, assembly lines, and commercial tools, business owners ensure the smooth functioning of their equipment, seek absolute protection from industrial accidents, and invite massive commercial success, continuous production, and innovation into their enterprises.

  • Viswakarma Puja is predominantly celebrated on Kanya Sankranti. In a commercial setting, it is also performed:
  • • Before officially opening a new factory, industrial plant, or workshop.
  • • When purchasing and inaugurating new heavy machinery or commercial vehicle fleets.
  • • By artisans and engineering firms seeking divine safety in their daily labor.

  • Step 1 (Preparation): Deeply clean the factory floor, machinery, and commercial vehicles. Sprinkle Ganga Jal to purify the industrial workspace.
  • Step 2 (The Puja Place): Set up an Puja Place with a picture of Lord Viswakarma near your main machinery. Prepare a Diya using Cow Ghee and place it strictly on the right side of the deity. Light the Agarbatti
  • Step 3 (Adornment): Apply a tilak of Ashtagandha, Khukumoni Sindur, and White Chandan to the Lord and directly onto your heavy machinery and tools. Tie the Raksha Sutra around your main instruments as a spiritual safety shield.
  • Step 4 (Offerings): Offer the Akshat Rice, Paddy (Dhan), and sweet fruits to the deity. (Note: The heavy Tambula spices and Havan woods are kept in reserve for formal priest rituals).
  • Step 5 (Aarti): Light a piece of Natural & Pure Camphor and perform a heartfelt Aarti over the machinery and the factory floor, praying for safety and continuous commercial production!

  • [Important Note for Business Owners: To ensure rituals are not performed poorly, the authoritative manual Purohit Darpan serves as an uncompromising reference guide that mandates advanced spiritual technologies for major rites. While you can confidently use the simple 5-step method below to pray and protect your livelihood, the complex procedures in this industrial kit. To execute the complete fire sacrifice, it is highly recommended to hire a qualified Pandit.]
  • Step 1 (Advanced Purification): The priest cleanses the factory floor and machinery using Kusha Grass and water, followed by advanced breath control (Pranayama) and elemental purification (Bhuta-shuddhi) to spiritually secure the industrial space.
  • Step 2 (The Eastern Ghot Sthapana): Using the strict orthodox Bengali method, the priest will establish the Holy Pot (Ghat) using the Ganga Mitti as the base. He will surround it with the four Teer Kathi (bamboo arrows), wrap it with the Raksha Sutra, and fill it with the Pancha Ratna and Pancha Sashya. The Chandmala and Gamcha will be beautifully adorned over the pot.
  • Step 3 (16-Step Royal Worship): Following the 16-step sequence (Shodashopachar), the priest will mix Honey and Cow Ghee in the provided Madhu Parker Bati to offer the highly sacred Madhuparka to the Lord. Following the food offering, the complete, mathematically perfect Tambula (Supari, Clove, Cardamom, Haritaki) is offered to seal the royal hospitality.
  • Step 4 (The Factory Homa): Using the Bel Kath and Joggo Dumur Pata, the priest will ignite the sacred fire. Copious offerings of Cow Ghee and Havan Samagri are made to ensure absolute mechanical and occupational safety.
  • Step 5 (Grand Aarti): The ritual concludes with a majestic, property-clearing smoke ceremony using the Chhobra, Dhuna, and Guggal to drive out stagnant energy. The priest will fan the Lord with the Chawar to complete the royal honors, blessing the factory owners and workers.

  • • Occupational Safety: Creates a spiritual shield over the factory floor, significantly reducing the risk of machinery accidents or structural hazards.
  • • Increases Efficiency: Blesses the tools and assembly lines to work flawlessly, preventing sudden, costly breakdowns and loss of commercial production.
  • • Industrial Prosperity: Honoring the Divine Architect naturally attracts massive engineering, manufacturing, and commercial success to the enterprise.

  • The MySanatan Viswakarma Puja Kit (Shop & Factory) is an industrial powerhouse. We have meticulously included authentic, hard-to-find Eastern sacraments—such as genuine Ganga Mitti, bamboo Teer Kathi, and Pancha Guri—alongside a massive half-kilo of Bel Kath (wood). This guarantees that factory owners and commercial business leaders can execute a flawlessly authentic industrial fire sacrifice under the strict guidance of a qualified Pandit.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Q1. Can I perform this industrial puja myself without a priest?
  • Yes, absolutely. This kit features a dual-purpose design. If you are a small workshop or garage owner doing a self-guided puja, you can follow a straightforward 5-step process. You will primarily use the purification items (Ganga Jal), foundational tilaks (Ashtagandha, Sindur, Chandan), and offering items (Akshat Rice, Paddy, Agarbatti, and Camphor) to bless your workspace and tools.
  • Q2. Where exactly should I place my tools or machinery during the ritual?
  • Thoroughly clean all your equipment before the puja begins. Portable tools, laptops, instruments, or keys should be placed directly on or next to the Puja Place in front of Lord Viswakarma’s picture. For heavy, immovable machinery or commercial vehicle fleets, you can worship them right where they stand by sprinkling Ganga Jal and applying the Sindur and Chandan tilaks directly onto them.
  • Q3. Why does the kit include heavy woods and fire samagri if I'm not doing a Havan?
  • We included them so the kit remains entirely comprehensive. If you are doing a simple, independent shop puja, you can set aside the Bel Kath (Bael wood), Joggo Dumur Pata (Audumbar leaves), and Havan Samagri. These are specifically pre-stocked for large-scale factory setups where a priest is hired to execute a formal fire sacrifice.
  • Q4. Is there a strict rule regarding where I should place the lighted Diya?
  • Yes. To maintain scriptural alignment based on traditional manuals like the Purohit Darpan, your lighted lamp (Diya) prepared with the provided Cow Ghee must always be placed strictly on the right side of the deity during the worship.
  • Q5. What immediate protection does this puja provide to my daily business operations?
  • Spiritually, the ritual acts as an active safety shield over your workspace. It invites divine energy to ensure occupational safety, significantly reducing the risk of sudden machinery breakdowns, technical failures, or industrial accidents on the shop floor.
  • Q6. What is the ritual purpose of the Teer Kathi and Ganga Mitti included in the kit?
  • These are authentic Eastern Indian (Bengali/Oriya) requirements for Ghot Sthapana (establishing the Holy Pot). The Ganga Mitti (Sacred Ganga Clay) forms the purifying foundational base. The four bamboo Teer Kathi (arrows) are fixed into the clay around the four corners of the pot and connected by the Raksha Sutra to form a protective spiritual perimeter that locks in the deity's energy.
  • Q7. How should the Madhu Parker Bati be utilized during the 16-step worship?
  • In the formal Shodashopachar (16-step) sequence, the 6th step requires offering Madhuparka—a highly sacred, sweet blend of pure honey and cow ghee. We have included a specific, large traditional bowl (Bati) so the priest can mix and present this royal meal flawlessly to Lord Viswakarma.
  • Q8. Why are there two distinct types of Chandmala provided in this kit?
  • The kit includes two sizes to satisfy separate scriptural layout rules: the smaller Chandmala is explicitly sized to drape over the Gamcha and adorn the Ghot (Holy Pot), while the larger Chandmala serves as a hanging deity adornment to enhance the aesthetic background of the main deity frame or idol.
  • Q9. How do the Pancha Guri and Pancha Rang factor into the setup?
  • The Pancha Guri (Five Sacred Powders) and Pancha Rang (Five Colours) are vital for advanced elemental purifications (Bhuta-shuddhi) and for drawing the sacred mandalas upon which the Puja Place and the Ghot are seated, aligning the industrial floor with cosmic geometry.
  • Q10. What role do the Chhobra, Dhuna, Guggal, and Chawar play at the climax of the ritual?
  • These elements are reserved for the grand finale of the Factory Homa. The Chhobra (coconut husk), Dhuna Powder, and Guggal are burned together to create a dense, intense smoke ceremony that purifies the entire commercial property. The priest then uses the traditional Chawar (fan) to fan this sacred smoke across the machinery and assembly lines to clear away stagnant energy and complete the royal honors.
