• Step 1: Purify the Puja Area with Ganga Jal
• Take a few drops of Ganga Jal and sprinkle it:
• Around the puja space 
• • On the Shiva Linga or idol 
• • On the puja items

• Step 2: Honey & Ghee Abhishek
• Offer Honey (Madhu/Sahad) followed by Cow Ghee on the Shiva Linga as a unified sacred Abhishek.

• Step 3: Applying Ashtagandha and Sacred Chandan

Apply three horizontal lines (Tripundra) on the Shiva Linga using the White Chandan or Bhasma to symbolize the destruction of the three impurities: ego, ignorance, and past karma.
